To Provide a Professional Forum at which leading front-line employees can offer
constructive insights on how IKON can improve performance related to IKON's Mission Statement.
The following list is the general guidelines and objectives for all future Quality Council Meetings:
* Conduct Constructive meetings for the improvement of the overall IMS operational structures. * Provide Opportunities for improvement (OFI) related to operational functions.
* Create an open forum for generating ideas in a prodessional format. * Discuss solutions to operational opportunities and increase the level of communication between all IMS staff. * Improve the overall performance of IMS with productive and professional actions.
* Once you attend a council meeting you are considered a member. If you meet the
requirements and take an active roll, the rewards are unlimited. * REQUIREMENTS: Members must be reliable and attend each meeting. They must take on the responsibility of an allotted amount of "OFI's"
and have a positive attitude. * INCENTIVES: If you actively attend each meeting during the term here are some benefits that could interest you: * Chance to win "OFI" of the month ($50.00) * Meet your fellow IMS workers * Take on leadership roll within IMS community * Promotional Opportunities
